This is the replacement circuit board for the SpaGuts brand CS Series single pump Electronic Controller and 4-button K-18 topside panel, models CS6200 and CS6207, ECO-2, wiring diagram 6815 or 6838, and product number Y4EKX0L-9500QEZ or Y4EKXVL-95W0QEZ. Chips 3-60-7404 137_8_00, 313DA0241, PROG 137 37-0050, 137A-F, 9936-100137A-F. Also use as a replacement for the following board assembly numbers: 33-0024-R6-K, 33-0024-R6, 33-0024-R5, 33-0024-R4, 33-0024-R3, 33-0024-R2, 33-0024-R1, 33-0024-K, 33-0024, 3-62-7014, 3-62-7012

NOTE 1: The main circuit board will have the part numbers 33-0024-U, 3-62-7019, 0202-100036 (located on a white label off the side of board relays, near white terminal block, that includes the Serial Number). MAKE SURE to verify the MODEL, CHIP, and Board Assembly numbers to determine the correct board replacement.

NOTE 2: These replacement circuit boards will NOT work for other brand controllers and topside panels. They will ONLY work with SpaGuts brand CS-Series Electronic Controllers and corresponding topside panels. Do not attempt to modify a SpaGuts brand Electronic Controller without contacting SpaGuts tech support.

When selecting your spa circuit board, it’s critical that you go by part numbers and NOT just by appearances. The part number on a spa circuit board can be found on a white sticker located directly on the circuit board (The ID label may be located on the board relays or on the transformer). Buy based on this part number. Do NOT purchase a hot tub circuit board just because it looks the same OR have the same Model Number as the one you’re replacing. Spa circuit boards can look identical, but be programmed differently to work with different spa controllers and topside panels. NOTE that most circuit boards need to be configured in the field to work with the existing spa components and power ratings, and a licensed professional is recommended for installation and configurations. If this circuit board is being used as an optional replacement for the original circuit board, please follow the new circuit board wiring diagram for proper installation and configuration setup. Replacement spa circuit boards are shipped in clear sealed bags with Yellow Warning Label. Verify through the clear sealed bag that the correct circuit board was received prior to opening the bag. Sealed bags that are opened voids the return policy for spa circuit boards.
