Spa Ozonators
No spa should be without an ozonator and we make adding ozone a snap. Ozone will
reduce the amount of chemicals used in your spa by as much as 90%, and will destroy
many forms of bacteria, viruses and contaminants while leaving your water sparkling
clear. If your ozonator is broken, you've come to the right place to get a replacement.
SpaGuts offers a choice of two ozonator systems. The Prozone PZ-1 and the JED Corona Discharge Ozonator

If you are adding this to a spa that is not ozone ready, you will also
need to buy either
an ozone saddle clamp
or an ozone inline bypass kit.
For spas that have a small circulation pump installed with 3/4 inch or 1/2 inch tube, you can
install an ozone venturi injector.

Prozone PZ-1 Ozonator Kit 110V with BM cord
This is a high output ultraviolet unit that produces an amazing 8 grams/day.
This unit operates at 110 volts and will work with any of the spa controllers we offer.
If you are installing it with another spa controller, note that nearly all spa controllers in the
USA use a 110 volt ozonator even if your controller is 220 volts, so as long as your controller uses
J J mini plugs and is wired for an ozonator, you shouldn’t have any problems.
If your pack does not accept a J J mini plug, we recommend the
JED 103 Corona Discharge Ozonator.
If you are unsure, have an electrician check the output of your ozone circuit before ordering.
This unit is built in a metal casing for durability and longevity, and is rated at 20,000 hours,
which is about 10 years of usage. The kit is perfect for your ozone-ready spa.
Includes installation instructions, ozonator, power cord with J J mini plug, in-line check valve,
air tub and a two-year warranty.
