Electronic Spa Controller

When replacing your old control box, why not upgrade to the latest electronic technology? The Spa Guts Electronic Spa Controller is available in the following configurations:

  • 220 or 110 volts
  • Single or dual motor circuits
  • 1.5 inch or 2.0 inch pipe fittings

Features:

  • Waterproof topside controller that easily mounts to the topside of your spa
  • Compact size. Controller Dimensions are: 12 inches long x 10 inches high x 4 inches deep. Heater Dimensions are: 15 inches long x 2 inches in diameter
  • Foot mount brackets for simplified installation
  • 1.4/5.5KW, 120/240V flo-thru heater with Heater ON light and reversible water flow
  • 120/240V ozone circuit
  • 120/240V blower circuit
  • 12 volt light that plugs into most existing sockets
  • Color-coded 48 inch lighted motor, blower and ozone cords with matching color-coded interlocking receptacles
  • Cords come with lighted plugs for real time visual diagnostics
  • UL and ETL listed for your safety

  • Pressure switch installed for dry heat protection. (Heater to be installed on pressure side of pump)

HEATER TYPE

System A: This is a "Fixed Position Heater" type controller. The heater is permanently mounted under the controller and cannot be moved.

System B: These controllers have the "Slider/Remote Heater". The heater can be mounted in multiple positions, or can be remotely mounted."

Single-motor controllers have 4 buttons (motor, blower, light, temp up/down) Topside with dimensions of 5" x 2.5". Dual-motor controllers have 6 buttons (motor 1, motor 2, blower, light, temp up, temp down) Topside with dimensions of 7 inches x 3.25 inches. There is an LED temperature readout ( Red in color) so you can easily read the temperature from either inside or outside the spa. If either Topsides are too small for the existing hole cut-out, an Acrylic Placard is recommended to cover up the larger hole.
