Pneumatic Spa Controller

Pneumatic controllers have been around since the first home spas and continue to remain popular due to their lower cost, simplicity, and reliability. The Spa Guts Pneumatic Spa Controller is available in the following configurations:

  • 220 or 110 volts
  • Single or dual motor circuits
  • 1.5 inch or 2.0 inch pipe fittings

Installation & Performance Features

  • Compact size for easy installation. Dimensions are:
    • 12 inches long
    • 10 inches high
    • 4 inches deep

    Heater Dimensions are: 15 inches long x 2 inches in diameter

  • Foot mount brackets for simplified installation
  • 1.4/5.5KW, 120/240V flo-thru heater, Heater ON light, and reversible water flow.
  • 120/240V ozone circuit.
  • 120/240V blower circuit.
  • 12 volt light that plugs into most existing spa light sockets.
  • Color-coded 48 inch motor, blower and ozone cords with matching color-coded interlocking receptacles.

Control Features

  • Includes air button controls with air tubings. Single-motor controllers have 3 air buttons (motor, blower, light). Dual-motor controllers have 4 air buttons (motor 1, motor 2, blower, light). Each air button has a white bezel with dimensions of 2-1/2 inches long x 1-1/4 inches wide. (If you need an acrylic button plate to mount the air buttons on, we have them.)
  • Topside command center ready.
  • 24-hour time clock adjustable in 15 minute increments.
  • Full range thermostat.
