Prozone PZ-1 Ozonator Kit with BM cord

This is a high output ultraviolet unit that produces up to 8 grams/day. Available in 110 or 220 volts and will work with any of the spa controllers we offer. If you are installing it with another spa controller, note that most spa controllers in the USA use a 110 volt ozonator even if your controller is 220 volts. Verify the voltage of the controller's ozone circuit and if your controller uses J J mini plugs for the ozonator.

If your pack does not accept a J J mini plug, we recommend the JED 103 Corona Discharge Ozonator which provides cord options. Or you can splice and hard wire the existing ozone cord to the new ozonator. If you are unsure which voltage to select, have an electrician check the output of your ozone circuit before ordering.

This unit is built in an extruded anodized aluminum metal casing for durability and longevity, and is rated at 20,000 hours, which is about 10 years of usage. The kit is perfect for your "ozone-ready" spa up to 800 gallons. Includes installation instructions, ozonator, power cord with J J mini plug, in-line check valve, air tubing and a two-year limited warranty.

If you are adding this to a spa that is not ozone ready, you’ll also need to buy either an ozone saddle clamp or an ozone inline bypass kit.

For spas that have a small circulation pump installed with 3/4 inch or 1/2 inch tube, you can install an ozone venturi injector.
