Shipping and Order Tracking

We ship everything within 1 or 2 business days not counting the day your order was placed. We use Fed-Ex ground as our standard shipping which takes 3-5 business days anywhere in the continental USA once the product has left our factory. Some item(s) may ship via USPS. Express and overnight shipping is available upon request. Contact Spaguts.com for pricing. There are few ocassions that shipping may be delayed due to weather and road conditions. Spaguts.com is not liable for delays due to weather and road conditions, but may be able to help. Shipping delivery dates are estimated dates and in rare ocasions may be changed without notice.

There are rare ocasions that an item may be out of stock. If an item(s) happens to be out of stock, customer will be notified. Special Orders may require additional time for parts to arrive. Customer will be notified during the time of order.

Spa Packs, Controllers, and any order totaling $400 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the high value package. If no one will be available during the time of delivery to sign for a high valve package, inform SpaGuts.com right away with an alternate shipping address before the item is shipped. Once an item is shipped, a re-routing fee is required. Contact SpaGuts.com for available alternate shipping options.

Canadian customers will be charged duty and should check with their local government for any additional fees beyond our control. The North American Free Trade Agreement should prevent your government from charging most additional fees. Generally Canadian Shipments don't exceed shipment times within the Continental USA, however we are unable to control delays caused by Customs which at times have exceeded 10 working days.

For other countries, contact us about shipping charges. Our spa packs and electrical spa products are compatible in any area with electrical systems based on North American electrical standards. This includes much of Central and South America and many island locations. Unfortunately, it does not include Europe. Contact us for more information.
