Shipping and Order Tracking
We ship everything within 1 or 2 business days not counting the day your order was placed.
We use ground as our standard shipping which takes 3-5 business days anywhere in the continental
USA once the product has left our factory. Overnight shipping is not available. Due to our products’
size and weight it is prohibitively expensive, exceeding $250 per pack to most parts of the USA.
Continental USA — Always FREE!
Alaska, Hawaii — $100.00
Canada — $100.00
Canadian customers will be charged duty and should check with their local government
for any additional fees beyond our control. The North American Free Trade Agreement should
prevent your government from charging most additional fees. Generally Canadian Shipments
don't exceed shipment times within the Continental USA, however we are unable to control
delays caused by Customs which at times have exceeded 10 working days.

Our spa packs are compatible in any area with electrical systems based on North American
electrical standards. This includes much of Central and South America and many island
locations. Unfortunately, it does not include Europe.
