All, I am very happy with your product. I installed 240 GFCI, modified my plumbing with the reducer inserts. I was surprised to see new LED light, which I also installed. I replaced all my old air switches with the new ones included. I could have used alittle more length of air lines, because my pack was further to the left. I just wanted to say what a great product and web site. I removed my old CalSpa guts, one trip to home depot for fittings and in 4 hours had my new electronic Spa Guts unit in. By the evening is was soaking in hot water. I had the old air switches and had to climb under my spa to adjust the temp. and filter ccycles. Now I do it while soaking.

This is just a note to let you know that I received the blower in great shape and had no problem installing it. The hookup wasn't the same as my spa used and I had to hard wire it into the unit but it made a wonderful improvement to the operation of this spa. I don't know for sure what brand spa I have, it is an 8 sided spa about 6ft. across with 5 adjustable jets and 10 air holes in each of the 4 seats. I think it a Galaxy spa but not for sure. The blower made a big difference in the operation and I thank you for your help.

My spa was manufactured by Marquis Corp. and purchased twelve years ago. The spa motor conked out and needed to be replaced. The original pump was a 1 1/2 inch side discharge with a 1 1/2 inch outlet port. The motor/pump I ordered from SpaGuts came with 2 inch unions that required reducers to be compatible with my setup. I removed all the original plumbing and moved the control panel 5" to the left to make room for the new configuration. It was a tight fit and fortunately it worked out.

I have a Cal Spa which just turned 14 years old, and is showing it. I was going to trade it in for a new spa, but was not impressed with the construction of many brands available. I hated to discard what was a well built spa, but replacing the components seemed to require certification in electrical, plumbing and electronics. Everything is hooked up and working fine. Seems to me it is best to let the pump run continuously especially in our cold weather here in KS. Otherwise it was kicking on and running off and on all the time. Don't have a regular use time so keep it up and ready all the time, probably doesn't cost much more to do that. I have the skirt of our old tub well insulated (2 inches of blue foam bonded to skirt.) The unit is working fine. Seems to hold temperature consistently.

The spa pack works perfectly. The installation was a snap. We all wonder after changing fittings, installing motors, and wiring, just what will happen when the breaker is turned on. It worked perfect the first time out and is still operating in sub zero weather. There was a wind chill this morning of 20, I was in the spa (outside) at 6AM and loved it.

So far I am very satisfied, I received the controller a few days ago and I installed it on my Coleman 105 spa. Everything matched up. I was almost to the point of throwing the tub away, since it floated around my backyard during Hurricane Katrina; the electrical cable saved it from floating away. I'd just like to say Thank You for your company! We bought our hot tub used, and when we began experiencing problems, we called a dozen different local places to see about repairs. NOT ONE was helpful. One of them actually said, You didn't buy it here? Then I don't have to help you! and then hung up on me. I had quotes of over a thousand dollars to replace the topside controller. It was also over a thousand to replace the circuit board. Then I found your site. We replaced the topside command center, the circuit board controller, the pump, motor, blower, heater, and light, PLUS got a plumbing kit and paid only $755 for everything, with free shipping. I wanted to let you know that I just finished re-working my spa last week. The new guts were just the trick. I just wish I had found your website earlier. Numerous service calls for heater elements, topside control problems, and even a new motor....I could have been more economical if I had given in to a new PACK at the start. I just got out of my hot tub. Runs great now with the new spa pack. Installation was easy, only had to make a few small changes in the piping, but had it in and running in about a hour. We was able to get in it that evening. Your web site made it easy to order and it was delivered when you said it would be. I don't know the brand of the tub. I bought it used and there are no tags on it. The old spa pac was a Proshield. It is a older hot tub but a good one. I will use you guys for all my hot tub needs. P.S. Before I found your website, I was very frustrated with the spa repair company I contacted. They did not return message and they had to send the parts out of state to a different company to repair. The new board I received was easily installed. I had to make some modifications, like to move original pump over. The parts were easily purchased at a local home improvement store. I saved hundreds of dollars. Some of the estimates to do the work cost more then the new component I purchased from spa guts. I highly recommend your site for any hot tub owner!

It is refreshing to find that there are still companies with people that care about customer satisfaction, and the quality of their products. We ordered a blower for our spa, and it arrived in good condition, and within the time I was told it would, and is working fine. I found your site surfing on the web, and am still somewhat skeptical about purchasing things using email, but I appreciate the fact that I used a site that came through. Our spa is older, and the heater element is starting to occasionally trip the GFI breaker. When it comes time to replace it, I will be ordering a new control unit with the heater from your company. Arrived quickly in great condition. Seemed like a good deal. I inherited this spa "as is" as I bought this house. After moving in and inspecting it, I found that it was more of a Club Med for mosquitoes than anything else. Furthermore, there was absolutely no equipment there no pump, no heater, no nothing. So I have no info on the brand of spa and equipment I replaced. I ordered all the parts, made measurements when they got here, and drew it all out on paper. I flipped the slab to the other side of the piping, connected everything together and let 'er rip. Worked like a champ. I talked to a customer service rep once, sorry I don't remember his name, but he was very helpful. Sometimes you worry about this stuff when you buy off the internet, but he was helpful. Customer satisfied.

I have a 24 year old spa that still had the original controller and it had seen many better days. In answer to request concerning the Customer Satisfaction Survey. My comments are as follows. 1st. Mr. Lee was very helpful with the replacement pump that I ordered. 2nd. The pump was delivered in very timely manner. 3rd. By purchasing the pump through Spa Guts I saved $350.00, which I really appreciate.4th. I would recommend Spa Guts to anyone to has a Spa.5th.
