Thank you once again, SpaGuts!!! I just got off the phone with one of your technicians having received a
rapid and detailed response to my service inquiry by email. I installed a SpaGuts package
(pump, heater, controller and control panel) in my older spa last fall. In the process I converted
the spa from a pneumatic switch setup to the computer controlled panel. The package ended up costing
almost exactly one quarter of what I had been quoted for a replacement from our local spa dealer,
who of course tried to sell me a new spa instead of fixing the old one.
I live in a harsh climate
where the night time temperatures can often reach -40C (that's the same temperature in Fahrenheit!).
Our spa worked flawlessly all of last winter, maintaining temperature extremely consistently.
The only reason we had any service issue this year was because I had used snow to top up the
water level in the tub and some debris got caught in the flow switch, keeping it open. SpaGuts
technical people helped me to figure out the issue quickly, but in the meantime we didn't
need to panic because the freeze protection mode of their electronics kept the water circulating
and heated in a state of suspended animation until we could fix the problem.
We also find
the flexibility of the circulation program helpful, and are able to set the spa to circulate
on low speed continuously to accommodate our winter climate. The SpaGuts technical team was
very helpful in helping me to determine what package best suited my needs and the system
arrived in just a few days exactly as described. Installation of the package was very easy
with the detailed instructions, and I was even able to install a multi-program light in a
spa that had none beforehand. I have told many friends about your product and I'm sure that
I have saved them tons of cash............but I'm also sure the local spa dealers around

Yes I am extremely satisfied and am enjoying my spa once again! Infact, I used it last night for the first time since giving
it the "heart transplant" replacing all the electronics, board, controls, and heater.
This hot tub has been nothing but a money pit since I moved in. Eleven months ago I replaced the "mother board" heater
and light to the tune of about 1100.00 only to have the board completely burned up aprox 10 months later. not happy I called
the "Spa Guy" repair company who fixed it originally and he said his warranty is six months. I was guoted $1600.00 for parts
but he would waive the trip charge. I responded I will make it firewood before I spend another $1600.00 on this oversized bath tub!
Then I heard about spa guts and the rest is history! I only wish I heard of you last year!

I own an Infinity hot that has been nothing but trouble.. before they went belly up, I could never get any support.
with lots of band-aids keeping the old system running, I found Spa Guts and bought the 6200 series retrofit kit.
I just want to thank everyone at Spa guts for the best service and great job sending me what I ordered.
Everything was spot on plug and play.. I was very shocked.. My guess is it took me about an hour to change

Thank you for your quick response and helping me place my order. I wanted
to send a short note to let you know why I chose your company to order my
pump. Obviously, pricing is important but the reason I chose your company
is because you have a very descriptive website, but more importantly, you
list your telephone number as a method of contacting you. It amazes me how
many companies pay big dollars for websites with all of the bells and
whistles but fail to mention a telephone number.
Before I talked to you, I had located a pump on Ebay from a company that
listed the exact pump I needed. They had a store on Ebay as well, but there
was absolutely no way to contact them other than via email. The pump was

Thanks for the guidance on following the instructions. Now that I have properly wired my GFI the new componets are working fine.
I have a old CAL SPA unit and the replacement was a perfect fit, the old unit never had a blower but with a few plumbing
modifications it works really well.

Hello Luis , I followed your instructions and put the dry well in for the thermostat. That worked and the temp is Right On Now.
The two stages for the pump also works just in reverse. When you first hit the pump button it goes to High if you hit it
again it goes to Low. So they both work and we know the sequence now.
