SpaGuts Warranty and Returns Policy


For ALL Returns, contact Spaguts to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without an RMA approval will be refused. The RMA provides warranty and return information. Contact SpaGuts for any information on returns for credit, exchange, and warranty claims.

All advertised spa, bath and pool products are sold in BRAND NEW Condition. Any returns for credit must arrived at the factory in the same condition it was sent and accompanied with an Approved RMA. Returned items that appears to be used will be rejected and returned back to the customer at customer’s cost. Please read our Terms and Sales Agreement for more information on returns for credit, returns for exchange, returns for warranty claims, damages and missing parts.

LOST, MISSING, AND DAMAGES

For a Lost or Non-Delivery from SpaGuts, customer to contact SpaGuts right away if the package has not arrived on the estimated date of arrival. This way SpaGuts can take action right away to make sure the package gets delivered, or to file a claim with the mail courier. After the 20 business days from the arrival date, SpaGuts is not responsible for the lost items.

Customer to inspect the package(s) immediately once it has arrived for any missing items. Customer to contact SpaGuts within 20 business days from the delivery date of the package(s) for any missing items. After the 20 business days, SpaGuts is not responsible for the missing items.

Customer to inspect the package(s) immediately once it has arrived for any damages. Customer to contact SpaGuts right away if there are any damages. This way SpaGuts can take action right away to arrange for a replacement and to file a claim with the mail courier. After the 20 business days from the arrival date, SpaGuts is not responsible for the damaged items.

RETURN FOR CREDIT

All items returning for credit must be in brand new condition, never installed, without any scratches, and in the original packaging. The returning item must be within 20 business days from the original purchased date. The returning item(s) must also arrive at the service center within 20 business days from the original purchased date, and must be accompanied with an Approved RMA to avoid package rejection. The provided RMA # must be written large and clear on the outside of the packaging. We are sorry that we cannot accept any returns for item(s) that are outside of the return period. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. Make sure the item(s) is packaged well, has a tracking number and insured in case of lost or damage in shipping. Credit is based on the original purchased price less cancellation fee (up to 25%). Contact SpaGuts to request an RMA, and for more information.

Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are non-refundable. See “Shipping & Tracking” page for more information.

Special Orders
Special Orders cannot be canceled once the order is placed, and there are no returns for special orders (No Exceptions!). Special Order items are noted on their webpage, on the shopping cart, and also on the order confirmation. See the item webpage for more information.

Non-Returnable Items
There are no returns for Non-Returnable items (No Exceptions!). Non-Returnable items are noted on their webpage, on the shopping cart, and also on the order confirmation. See the item webpage for more information.

Opened Packages (Sealed Packages)
There are no returns for opened packages (No Exceptions!). Topside Panels and Circuit Boards are shipped in clear sealed bags. These are electronic parts. Once opened, they are non-returnable. Make sure to verify that the correct item is received prior to opening up the sealed package.

WARRANTY

All items returning for a warranty claim must be accompanied with an Approved RMA to avoid package rejection. The provided RMA # must be written large and clear on the outside of the packaging. Make sure the item(s) is packaged well, has a tracking number and insured in case of lost or damage in shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping both ways for all warranty claims. Warranty covers parts and labor at SpaGuts service center if the returned item(s) is indeed found to be a manufacturer’s defect and is within the warranty period. Our Spaguts.com brand spa packs and controls carry our own 2-year limited warranty. Spa Packs warranty carries a 2 year limited warranty on the controller, a 2 year limited warranty on the pump and motor, and a 2 year limited warranty on the blower. All other items carry their manufacturer's limited warranty. See item web page for warranty information.

The SpaGuts.com brand spa packs and controllers we sell are custom made to your specifications. Retrofitting may be required (ie: Re-Plumbing and Modifications)

If you made a mistake in configuring your spa pack, contact us for advice. In most cases we can tell you how to modify your spa pack to correct your mistake.

Circuit Board Purchase Agreement
Manufacturer's Warranty DOES NOT cover burnt terminal blocks or connections, burnt traces or terminals for circuit board purchases. These are normally caused by field installation errors, loose connections and/or over current draw from external electrical wiring and/or components. This warranty agreement applies to ALL orders made over the phone, online orders, and through purchase orders.

No Advance Replacement
There are absolutely No Advance Replacement. The requested item(s) must be returned for a warranty claim. If the returning item(s) stops the hot tub from working, completely drain the hot tub and plumbing to avoid damages from a non-treated water and freezing temperatures.

No Credit on Warranty Claims
There are NO Credit offers for warranty claims. If the returned item(s) is found to be a manufacturer's defect, is approved for the return and within the warranty period, it will either be repaired or replaced upon SpaGuts discretion.

No Coverage on Field Installation and Removal
The customer is responsible for ALL cost of removal, packaging and reinstallation, including any incidental or consequential charges or damages that may occur in the field.
