Pneumatic controllers have been around since the first home spas and continue to remain popular due to their lower cost, simplicity, and reliability. This is a universal spa controller that can be configured for 220V or 110V.

The SpaGuts CS Series Pneumatic Spa Controller is available in the following configurations:

• 220 or 110 volts, 60Hz (Neutral Required)
• Single or dual motor circuits
• 1.5 inch or 2.0 inch pipe fittings

• Compact size. Controller Dimensions are (Approx): 12.5 inches long x 10.25 inches high x 4.13 inches deep.
• Heater Dimensions are (Approx): 15 inches long x 2 inches in diameter
• Foot mount brackets for simplified installation and Easy Heater Removal
• 1.4/5.5KW, 120/240V flo-thru heater, Heater ON light, and reversible water flow.
• Pump 1 circuit, 2-Speed, 120/240V, 15A Max
• Pump 2 circuit, 1-Speed, 120/240V, 15A Max (*Dual Pump Controllers Only; Requires Factory Configurated)
• Blower circuit, 1-Speed, 120/240V, 8A Max
• Ozone circuit, 120/240V, 2A Max
• Circ. Pump circuit, 120/240V, 5A Max (Optional)
• 12 volt light that plugs into most existing spa light sockets.

Control Features

• Includes air button controls with air tubings. Single-motor controllers have 3 air buttons (motor, blower, light). Dual-motor controllers have 4 air buttons (motor 1, motor 2, blower, light). Each air button has a white bezel with dimensions of 2-1/2 inches long x 1-1/4 inches wide (Approx). (If you need an acrylic button plate to mount the air buttons on, we have them.)
• Topside command center ready.
• 24-hour time clock adjustable in 15 minute increments.
• Full range thermostat.

• Canadian and United States UL Recognition (cURus) and Edison Testing Laboratories (ETL) listed for your safety.
• Freeze protection.
• High-limit protection.
• Pressure Switch installed for dry heat protection. (Heater to be installed on pressure side of pump)
• Bottom-mounted heater ensures that water from the heater cannot leak into the controller.

For the 220 volt Pneumatic Spa Controller we highly recommend using a Spa Side GFCI Load Center for safety, as is now required by most local electrical codes.
