Hot Tub and Spa Circuit Board Replacement Parts
The hot tub circuit boards shown below are the ones commonly needed. If you need a spa
circuit board that is not listed here, contact us for availability and
pricing.
If your spa controller is more than 3 years old, we recommend replacing the
spa controller rather than just the circuit board. Circuit boards that have
worked for a couple of years tend not to go bad just by themselves. Instead, something
has caused them to go bad. And whatever that is, it's not being fixed by replacing the
circuit board. Consequently, the life expectancy of a replaced circuit board is less than that
of a new spa controller. New spa controllers aren’t much more
expensive than replacement hot tub circuit boards. The increased longevity and reduced
chance of another spa circuit board or other failure (e.g.,
heating element, that you’ll get from replacing the
spa controller make this the more cost-efficient option in the long run.
If your spa controller is more than 8 years old, we recommend replacing the complete
spa pack,
which includes not only the spa controller and heater, but also
the spa pump and blower.
When selecting your spa circuit board from the list below, it’s critical that you go by part
numbers and not appearances. The part number on a spa circuit board can be found on a
white sticker located directly on the circuit board. Buy based on this part number. Do NOT
purchase a hot tub circuit board just because it looks the same as the one you’re replacing.
Spa circuit boards can look identical, but be programmed differently to work with different
spa controllers and topside panels. Note that most circuit boards require field configurations
to work with the existing spa components and compatible topside panels.
