This Heat Jacket Kit is a patented heating system, by Hydro Thermix, for whirlpool bathtubs and small spas which captures and recycles the waste heat "energy" produced by the 48-Frame pump motor and delivers that heat to the water. The Thermal Wrap system will maintain water temperature and prevent heat loss. Made in USA.

This Heat Jacket Kit includes the Thermal Wrap that fits 48-frame motors (pump and motor not included), 32-inch of the 3/8-inch Tubing, Four (4) Tubing Clamps, Two (2) Single Barb 1.5-inch Pump Union Tailpieces with O-rings, and Two (2) 1.5-inch Pump Union Split Nuts with Screws.

NOTE 1: Thermal Wrap is the "2-port version". Please note top port is not drilled through.

NOTE 2: Barb fittings on the 1.5-inch Pump Union Tailpieces are not drilled out. A hole needs to be drilled out on the two barb fittings during field installation.

NOTE 3: The Thermal Wrap will only fit 48-frame round pump motors that has no capacitor on the motor housing. The pump also needs to be kept close to the tub to avoid heat loss. For small spas and softubs, a heavy thermal cover is required during the heating process (we also don't guarantee the heating time-frame, which varies)
