592. Customer Service: Can I request a no signature requirement AFTER the order has already shipped?

If an order that requires a signature upon delivery has already shipped, the signature requirement cannot be be removed at all (it's the mail courier's policy). Here are your options: Once the first delivery attempt is made and no one is available to sign for the package, the mail courier will leave a tag on the door. Customer then have the following options: 1) Have someone available to accept and sign for the package the next scheduled delivery. The mail courier can be contacted to find out when the next scheduled delivery will be. There is no time frame. Tracking number and phone number should be on the tag if more information is needed. 2) Customer can arrange a pick up at the mail courier's station. The tag should provide information on pick-up location. Tracking number and phone number should be on the tag if more information is needed. 3) Call SpaGuts customer service (for faster service during business hours) to request a re-route to a different address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package. A re-route fee will be required. If sending an email, also call to follow up since the email may not come through on time. NOTE: If customer contacts SpaGuts customer service after the final delivery attempt and the package is being returned to the warehouse, customer will be responsible for the full shipping/handling fees to have the package to be shipped again. Cancellation of the order will be under the sales term agreement.
