608. Support: Wiring information for the (15-350-2180) 48-Frame 2.0HP 220V SD Waterway Pump, 342102A-10.

Note that All pumps we sell have the wiring diagram on the motor. If you missed it, here is the wiring information for the (15-350-2180) 48-Frame 2.0 HP, 220V, Side Discharge, Waterway Pump, 342102A-10. Cat BN51. Motor S/N: 09113J2, Model number 7-182477-02 (Customer to verify. If different, provide correct motor number for the correct instructions) Terminal 2: Line/Common (Normally the White wire is connected here. Make sure to check with the controller's wiring diagram to verify for the correct colored wire to be used). Terminal 3: High Speed (Normally the Black or Red wire is connected here. Make sure to check with the controller's wiring diagram to verify for the correct colored wire to be used). Terminal 4: Low Speed (Normally the Black or Red wire is connected here. Make sure to check with the controller's wiring diagram to verify for the correct colored wire to be used). Our SpaGuts CS and M Series Controllers use the White for Line/Common, Black for High Speed, Red for Low Speed, and Green for Ground on a two speed pump circuit. Our VS, BP and Ye Series Controllers use the White for Line/Common, Black for Low Speed, Red for High Speed, and Green for Ground on a two speed pump circuit. For single speed operation with a 3-wire cord, leave the low speed terminal disconnected, and ONLY connect the Line/Common, High Speed, and Ground. *The other way is to check the wiring diagram off the OLD motor label, and verify to see what colored wire is connect to each terminal. Then relay that information to the new motor wiring diagram. FOR EXAMPLE: If the OLD motor label shows terminal 1 is for Line/Common and you see the White wire is connected there, then you refer to the NEW motor label to locate which terminal is for the Line/Common connection. Then you would connect that colored wire to that NEW terminal off the NEW motor. **If your pump motor is running in reverse, Low speed operation is running in High speed, and High speed operation is running in Low speed, just swap the low and high speed wires at the back of the motor. This is normally the Red and Black wires (refer to the spa controller motor wiring instructions to verify the color wires).
