722. SUPPORT: GFCI breaker still tripping again after the system have been repaired

You have reported that the control system is tripping the GFCI breaker again after it was repaired and running for not too long. Check through the following items again. 1) Heater Element - Disconnect both heater cables from the circuit board to see if it stops the GFCI from tripping 2) Pump 1 - Disconnect the pump 1 cord to see if it stops the GFCI from tripping 3) Air Blower and/or Pump 2 - Disconnect the air blower and/or pump 2 cord to see if it stops the GFCI from tripping 4) Ozone - Disconnect the ozone cord to see if it stops the GFCI from tripping 5) Light - Disconnect the light harness to see if it stops the GFCI from tripping 6) GFCI Wiring - Check your GFCI wiring. Maybe there is a loose connection. Have a licensed electrician to verify proper wiring, connections and installation. It is also possible that the GFCI breaker, or the new GFCI breaker has gone bad. Try replacing it. 7) Power Wires - Have a licensed electrician to verify proper wiring, connections and installation. They can also verify if the correct wire size are used, and if there are any shorts within the power wires. 8) Circuit Board - Remember that you have sprayed oily chemicals onto the heater terminals which got all over the circuit board. That may have already affected the circuit board even though we have cleaned it off for you. Warranty is affected if it does. Check for any water leaks or water infiltration that may have gotten on to the circuit board and cause damages. 9) Water Infiltration - Check for any water leaks or water infiltration and water damages 10) Water Chemistry - Check your water chemistry. Make sure it is balanced. Do not use salt, soften water, or pool chemicals. These will affect the heater. If everything checks out good, you have choice of contacting a field spa tech or electrician to help you perform the troubleshoot. If you feel that you need to send in the spa controller for warranty inspection again, we can issue a new RMA to authorize the return for a warranty claim.
