91. Support: Why is water leaking inside the control box from heater?

The problem that you are explaining is one that should be addressed at the service center. I will have an RMA issued so that you can send it in for inspection. Please look for the request which will need to be completed and approved by you in a separate email. Do note however, that most flow-through leakage is caused by poor water balance corroding the internal components of the heater causing a leak. The fact that water hit the inside however, indicates that it should be tested at the service center. This is likely not a manufacturer's defect however.
