All the pumps and components came in in good shape. It all was very well packaged. I started the disassembly late on Friday afternoon. On Saturday, it was fairly easy to swap the pumps controls, and blower everything. Because everything was sized and configured correctly, it went together smoothly. After about 4-5 hours total, it fired right up and I had only to tighten one junction a second time. The pumps purr and the water heated right up. With the new wood surround and Spaguts, I have a new 2005 spa saving me $3000-$4000 over replacing it.

Here's what I can say about purchasing a heater tube from SpaGuts: First of all the FedEx shipment was quick and I received the part a few days after ordering it. Secondly. This heater was designed in a highly sensible way with adjustment lugs on tube clamps and that it made adaptation to my (Hydroquip) control box and the installation exceptionally easy. The length, fit, and replacement were perfect and matched the original heater tube configuration. Finally, wiring was easy and it started up and has performed flawlessly for a couple of weeks now. It seems exceptionally efficient and I only need to run the pump/heater less than an hour each day to hold 100 degree water temp. Overall, this was an excellent product and I am highly satisfied and proud that I came across SpaGuts to find and purchase this replacement heater tube.

I just want to say THANK YOU! Tech Support did a fabulous job helping me troubleshoot the installation of a new circuit board and heater. I had made an error in my installation of the wiring of the circuit board and Tech Support helped me identify the problem. They had the actual board in front of them while we were on the phone. Today was -9 F in Crested Butte and I was afraid my spa would freeze before I got it fixed. No worries now. Better support than the manufacturer.

We are very pleased with Spa Guts, both six years ago when your staff helped us to configure a unit to serve our needs and now, when we needed a new pressure switch. Nancy was my first contact. She identified the problem and had a solution immediately. After we installed the switch we still had the "Flo" warning on the control panel and Luis, whom I believe helped us six years ago told me how to adjust the switch. Everything is working correctly at the moment and I feel empowered to have you guys as my spa-go-to team! It is much easier and cost effective to do it myself than to rely on an unknown pool/spa company.

We tell everyone with a spa about your service! Makes so much more sense than throwing these huge shells in the landfills.

Hello, This afternoon I placed an order: Order Date: 2/13/2015 2:16:00 PM. I had intended to compliment your web site, and didn't. So I will do it now. While looking around to replace the Power Station brand components that died, I did find them, and a couple other competitors. In each case, there were a lot of things listed, but no way to really know what I wanted. It made me dizzy. Somebody took the time to put together a couple pages on your site to explain what components are involved, and what they do, and what I probably needed. After I used your site to educate myself about what I was shopping for, it seemed fair and logical to buy the things I needed from you as well.

Spa Guts tee-style inline heater is an easy install. It has system lights on the cord as well as the heater on position, makes troubleshooting a breeze (had other brand with no lights). Excellent price... Works well... comfortable bath temperature.

I have ordered parts from SpaGuts in the past, motor with pump, and was very pleased with the tech support and the equipment. This time I thought I needed a new heater, and your web site helped me figure out that the heater did need to be replaced. Through your customer service I ordered the heater advised. All fit well and the replacement was as painless as it gets.
I can usually fit anything from a broken heart to the crack of dawn, and Spa Guts is the only way to go with keeping me in HOT WATER.

On my first call, the lady was knowledgeable and helpful. I thought she went beyond what most people would consider "normal" customer help. In fact, she was the reason, after I tried all her suggestions on how to test/fix my hot tub, that I phoned back. The next lady was also very helpful and patient. I had to make several trips to my spa outside to retrieve numbers in order to ensure that I was buying the correct part, and she hung in there with me patiently. And to top it off, the price for the part was more than fair. I was a very good experience all around.

You guys are the best. 7 year ago I bought a Spa Pack from you and re-plumbed into a perfectly good hot tub that was going to the Curb otherwise. That pack has run non stop since then, never off even through all but one winter. It finally seized up, the motor bearing. One call to your Staff I had the exact replacement pump and Motor in my handy hands. One hour later it was running. Not for Spa guts I would re plumbing all again. Spa Guts is the best there is. Got Spa, Get Spa Guts.

I have been so thrilled that I found your online store. I purchased a "Spa Pack" for my tub and when it came to hooking it up~ your support team was there every step of the way! I spent a large amount of money......and knew that Damien and Luis would only be a phone call away if I had questions.

Last week I thought my light (which I installed last summer all by myself ......well, and your support staff) went kaputz. When the new bulb I ordered didn't turn out to be the problem I called Damien. He guided me to the source of the problem. A little fuse.........minimal cash and I was back up and running. I am thrilled to be back in my hot tub. As a single Mom it provides me the opportunity to have a hot tub without having to purchase a brand new one. (something I couldn't afford at this time)

Thanks again: You folks make owning this old spay worth it. I am sure it was the old billows switch that caused the relay switch to fail, other than this the SPA PACK has been flawless, even through last years blizzard, no sweat. Thank you once again, SpaGuts!!! I just got off the phone with one of your technicians having received a rapid and detailed response to my service inquiry by email. I installed a SpaGuts package (pump, heater, controller and control panel) in my older spa last fall. In the process I converted the spa from a pneumatic switch setup to the computer controlled panel. The package ended up costing almost exactly one quarter of what I had been quoted for a replacement from our local spa dealer, who of course tried to sell me a new spa instead of fixing the old one.

I live in a harsh climate where the night time temperatures can often reach -40C (that's the same temperature in Fahrenheit!). Our spa worked flawlessly all of last winter, maintaining temperature extremely consistently. The only reason we had any service issue this year was because I had used snow to top up the water level in the tub and some debris got caught in the flow switch, keeping it open. SpaGuts technical people helped me to figure out the issue quickly, but in the meantime we didn't need to panic because the freeze protection mode of their electronics kept the water circulating and heated in a state of suspended animation until we could fix the problem.

We also find the flexibility of the circulation program helpful, and are able to set the spa to circulate on low speed continuously to accommodate our winter climate. The SpaGuts technical team was very helpful in helping me to determine what package best suited my needs and the system arrived in just a few days exactly as described. Installation of the package was very easy with the detailed instructions, and I was even able to install a multi-program light in a spa that had none beforehand. I have told many friends about your product and I'm sure that I have saved them tons of cash............but I'm also sure the local spa dealers around here are not fans of yours. Wow..

Yes I am extremely satisfied and am enjoying my spa once again! Infact, I used it last night for the first time since giving it the "heart transplant" replacing all the electronics, board, controls, and heater.

This hot tub has been nothing but a money pit since I moved in. Eleven months ago I replaced the "mother board" heater and light to the tune of about 1100.00 only to have the board completely burned up aprox 10 months later. not happy I called the "Spa Guy" repair company who fixed it originally and he said his warranty is six months. I was guoted $1600.00 for parts but he would waive the trip charge. I responded I will make it firewood before I spend another $1600.00 on this oversized bath tub!

Then I heard about spa guts and the rest is history! I only wish I heard of you last year!

I own an Infinity hot that has been nothing but trouble.. before they went belly up, I could never get any support. with lots of band-aids keeping the old system running, I found Spa Guts and bought the 6200 series retrofit kit.

I just want to thank everyone at Spa guts for the best service and great job sending me what I ordered. Everything was spot on plug and play.. I was very shocked.. My guess is it took me about an hour to change everything out from old to new. Any one looking at the purchase of the product the 6200 series retrofit, All I can say is *** Outstanding Product***

Thank you for your quick response and helping me place my order. I wanted to send a short note to let you know why I chose your company to order my pump. Obviously, pricing is important but the reason I chose your company is because you have a very descriptive website, but more importantly, you list your telephone number as a method of contacting you. It amazes me how many companies pay big dollars for websites with all of the bells and whistles but fail to mention a telephone number.

Before I talked to you, I had located a pump on Ebay from a company that listed the exact pump I needed. They had a store on Ebay as well, but there was absolutely no way to contact them other than via email. The pump was actually a little cheaper, but I didn't have time to wait one or two days for a response to a simple question such as, "Do you have this pump in stock"?

Thanks for the guidance on following the instructions. Now that I have properly wired my GFI the new componets are working fine. I have a old CAL SPA unit and the replacement was a perfect fit, the old unit never had a blower but with a few plumbing modifications it works really well.

Your system is very easy to break down and reconfigure to fit into the space. Hello Luis , I followed your instructions and put the dry well in for the thermostat. That worked and the temp is Right On Now. The two stages for the pump also works just in reverse. When you first hit the pump button it goes to High if you hit it again it goes to Low. So they both work and we know the sequence now.

Once again thank you for all of your professional help. Great Customer Service and an awesome product.

All my friends say i'm crazy for going hot tub'n in the winter but thanks to Spa Guts I can, they're the crazy ones. My first hot tub experience is a sweet one. I have been in with a temp of 3 degrees and a wind chillll as low as 10 below zero.
