We ship everything within 1 or 2 business days not counting the day your order was placed (Excluding Special Orders; and Uncertainties). We use Fed-Ex or UPS as our standard shipping for Large Items and Express Shipping. We use FedEx SmartPost, UPS SurePost or USPS for smaller items. NOTE that our warehouse is close on Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Reserved Holidays and Inventory Day. There are NO Handling Fees for ANY orders!

SHIPPING OPTIONS

FREE SHIPPING
This method of shipping is FREE, which takes approximately 3-8 business days anywhere in the continental USA once the product has left our factory. Shipment is either USPS, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground. MAKE sure your address accepts both USPS and GROUND delivery (Otherwise contact us to confirm the shipping courier prior to the item is shipped for a possible address update). Shipping delivery dates are estimated dates and in rare occasions may be changed without notice. SpaGuts is not liable for late delivery on the FREE SHIPPING Option that you have chosen. No shipment or delivery is made on National Holidays for FedEx and UPS. No shipment or delivery is made for National and Government Holidays for USPS, FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost. NOTE that FedEx or UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, unless a physical address of the Postal Office location is also provided. 

FEDEX EXPRESS STANDARD 3-DAY
This method of shipping is via Fed-Ex Express Standard 3-Day shipping. Choosing an express shipping does not expedite the production of the order. It only expedite the shipping method. Date of shipping is normally the following business day after the order is placed, and delivery is in 3 business days after the ship date. NOTE that Saturday and Sunday delivery are not available for this option (CONTACT US for Saturday delivery pricing). As of November 1, 2021, FedEx money-back guarantee is suspended for FedEx Express services. Due to high demands on shipping during the Holidays, FedEx would like to balance their focus on service and safety. So if an Express Shipping is late, NO Refunds or Credits will be provided. NOTE that FedEx or UPS does not deliver to a PO Box, unless a physical address of the Postal Office location is also provided. 

FEDEX EXPRESS STANDARD 2-DAY

EXPRESS SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Sales are Final for Express Shipping Fees. No Cancellation or Credit will be offered for Express Shipping fees once the item(s) is shipped. Delivery is by 5pm for business areas, and by 8pm for residential areas. Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered as business days. There are few occasions that shipping may be delayed due to weather and road conditions. SpaGuts, FedEx and UPS are NOT liable for delays related to weather, road or air traffic conditions, strikes, or any acts of God (including mechanical failures). OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
There are rare occasions that an item may be out of stock. And it happens due to unexpected large orders. If an item(s) happens to be out of stock, the customer will be notified via email.

EXTRA ITEMS MISSING ON THE ORDER
There are rare occasions that an item(s) we may have missed, were not added to the order. We do apologize for this matter, but this situation does actually happen everywhere. We are sorry that the missed item was not added to the original order, but the part(s) will need to be ordered at its regular price for another shipment. Since this item(s) is an extra part that needs to be purchased, we are sorry that it cannot be provided at no charge, and we also cannot upgrade to express shipping at no charge.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders require additional time before shipping. Lead time before shipping range from 2 to 25 business days. Sales are Final for Special Orders. They do carry a manufacturer's limited warranty, but are NON-RETURNABLE for any refund or exchange, and CANNOT be canceled once the order is placed. Refer to the website of the Special Order part for more information.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT UPON DELIVERY
Spa Packs, Spa Controllers, and ANY order totaling $300 or more requires a signature at the time of delivery. Please provide a shipping address during check out where someone will be available to sign for the high value package. If no one will be available to sign for the package(s), inform SpaGuts staff by phone and email right away to provide an alternate shipping address before the item(s) is shipped. Once the item(s) is shipped, a re-routing fee will be applied if a change of delivery address is needed. Fed-Ex, UPS and USPS will make 3 attempts, on 3 consecutive business days, before returning the non-deliverable package back to SpaGuts. If the package(s) is returned due to a NON-Deliverable address, the customer is responsible for the additional full shipping fee if the package is to be shipped out again. If the customer decides to cancel the order after the package is returned due to a NON-Deliverable address, a cancellation fee will apply along with the return shipping/handling cost. CONTACT US for more information.

ALASKA, HAWAII AND CANADA SHIPPING
Our online checkout currently only offer FEDEX Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. For Express and USPS Shipping Options to these locations, CONTACT US.

SHIPPING FEES AND ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES
Additional shipping fees are required for additional boxes that are shipping outside of the Continental USA. Additional shipping fees will also be collected if our website did not charge the correct amount due to increase in shipping cost that is beyond our control. We apologize for this matter. Customers will be notified regarding these fees and any shipping fees for ANY items purchased that are not calculated through check out. For information on shipping fees, CONTACT US.

CANADIAN SHIPPING, DUTY AND TAX
Generally Canadian Shipments don't exceed shipment times within the Continental USA, however we are unable to control delays caused by Customs which at times have exceeded 10 working days. Canadian customers will be charged duty and/or tax and should check with their local government for any additional fees beyond our control. The North American Free Trade Agreement should prevent your government from charging most additional fees. NOTE that the mail courier REQUIRES payment at the time of delivery. They WILL NOT leave the package(s) without payment in full. It is the customer's RESPONSIBILITY to track their package(s), and know when the package will be delivered. If no one will be available to accept the package(s) and pay for the custom fees, inform SpaGuts staff by phone and email right away to provide an alternate shipping address before the item(s) is shipped. Once the item(s) is shipped, a re-routing fee will be applied if a change of delivery address is needed. The mail courier will make 3 attempts, on 3 consecutive business days, before returning the NON-Deliverable package back to SpaGuts. Generally the package(s) will be kept at the mail courier's station for about a week before being returned back to SpaGuts. At that time, the customer may arrange pickup and payment of custom fees at the mail courier's station (This MUST be done before the package is returned). If the package(s) is returned due to a NON-Deliverable address and/or no custom fees payment, the customer is responsible for the additional full shipping fee if the package is to be shipped out again. Our spa packs and electrical spa products are compatible in any area with electrical systems based on North American electrical standards. This includes much of Central and South America and many island locations. Spa products rated for European electrical standards, also known as Export or 50Hz, can be ordered as a Special Order. CONTACT US for Export or 50Hz products not listed on our website. For other countries, CONTACT US about shipping charges and delivery time frame. Our spa packs and electrical spa products are compatible in any area with electrical systems based on North American electrical standards. This includes much of Central and South America, Canada and many island locations. Spa products rated for European electrical standards, also known as Export or 50Hz, can be ordered as a Special Order. CONTACT US for Export or 50Hz products not listed on our website. For international shipment, the customer is responsible for custom tax and duty fees, and should check with their local government for any additional fees beyond our control.
