Hydro Quip's HT style Pneumatic Controller with ABS Heater. Rated 110V, and includes a 15 feet corded 15A 110V GFCI. Operates a 2-speed jet pump, 1-speed blower, and ozone. OEM part number CS500T-A.

This is an economy controller to replace similar style spa controllers. It is meant to be mounted directly on top of a pump discharge with 1.5 inch fittings (or 2-3/8 inch outside thread diameter). The controller has built-in full range thermostat control, 24-hour timer, hi-limit, and air switches. Light Kit is sold separately.
