Pump Unions with O-rings (Pair)

Pump Union Assemblies available in 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 inch. Sold as a pair, includes o-ring gaskets.

Determine the pump union size by measuring the outside to outside thread on the pump wet end. Measurement can also be made from the inside diameter of the original pump union nut. Pump union nuts use buttress threading.

• A 1.0 inch pump union assembly has a 1.0 inch pipe slip connection and approximately 2.0 inch union nut diameter, threaded side. SpaGuts P/N 15-200-2202
• A 1.5 inch pump union assembly has a 1.5 inch pipe slip connection and approximately 2.375 inch union nut diameter, threaded side. SpaGuts P/N 15-200-2200
• A 2.0 inch pump union assembly has a 2.0 inch pipe slip connection and approximately 3.1 inch union nut diameter, threaded side. SpaGuts P/N 15-200-2206
• A 2.5 inch pump union assembly has a 2.5 inch pipe slip connection and approximately 3.6 inch union nut diameter, threaded side. SpaGuts P/N 15-200-2207

For smaller pipe connection on a pump union, use reducers.
