Waterline Venturi Injector for Ozone with hose clamps (SPECIAL ORDER)

For spas that have a small circulation pump installed with 3/4 inch or 1/2 inch hose, you can install an ozone waterline venturi injector. This ozone venturi injector is like an inline bypass kit, but is made for installation on a small circulation pump water line. See link to the Inline bypass kit

The Waterline Venturi Injector is approximately 5.875 inches long. Both 050 and 075 models will fit on 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch hoses.

The 050 model is standard and commonly used on most spas.

*The 075 model is mainly used on Hot Springs family of spas 1995 and newer.

INSTALLATION NOTES: Basically cut in between the discharge side of the water line going to the jets, leaving a space about 3.5 inches, and install the ozone venturi injector in between with clamps. Make sure to have the arrow point towards the water flow direction. When a vacuum suction is created while the pump is running, it is ready for an ozone connection.

If there is already an ozone venturi injector installed and it is more than 5 years old, we recommend installing a new ozone venturi injector. The original ozone venturi injector would most likely be filled up with debris and other junks that will not allow a strong vacuum suction.
