This controller operates on 110/220V 60Hz (220V requires 4-wire service). The Waterway Neo Controller is equipped with an Electronic Thermal Sensing (ETS) system which allows the heater to be mounted either on the suction or discharge side of the pump for simplified installation. This ETS Technology also completely eliminates the pressure switch which otherwise requires occasional manual adjustment making the Waterway Neo 1500 an ideal choice if a pressure switch is not necessary on your spa configuration.

An option only available from SpaGuts, the Waterway Neo 1500 is available Factory Configured to your exact specifications or as a Retrofit Kit that is easily field configured at the time of installation. Competitors only offer controllers as a Retrofit "do it yourself kits" without the time saving Factory Configuration optionally available by SpaGuts. Factory Configuration includes set-up and bench testing of Internal component circuits to work with your existing Pump, Blower (or Pump 2), Circulation Pump/Ozone*, so you don't have to do any internal wiring and program setup, making your controller plug and play right out of the box. Best value for most installers; saves time and prevents costly installation errors. Factory Configuration Fee of $39.95 may be requested when placing the order over the phone.

*NOTE1: All component circuits such as Pump 1, Blower/Pump 2, Ozone and Circ Pump MUST be the same voltage. They cannot be in different voltages. The Heater is dependent to the incoming power supply. The A/V circuit is default on 110V.

*NOTE2: If using BOTH a Circulation Pump and Ozone, the 23-720-1369 Amp Y-Cable is Required, which is Sold Separately.

*NOTE3: Default Heater Water Flow Direction is set from “Left to Right”. Please see Heater Instructions to swap the sensors plug-in to change Flow Direction from “Right to Left”.

*NOTE4: This Spa Controller can also be used on 50Hz Application. A 3.0KW Heater Assembly, which is Sold Separately, may also be needed for lower power applications such as Single Phase and Two Phase. See instructions for 50Hz conversion.

*NOTE5: The Spa Light circuit is default at the ON/OFF mode. It can also be set to Dimmable, or ColorGlo LED Light Mode that allows the user to go directly to the specific colored light when activated.
