This bathtub water-level sensor ensures that the bathtub pump will not operate unless the waterlevel is high enough to prevent the jets from squirting water out of the tub, and to prevent a long period of dry run on the bathtub pump. We recommend adding a water-level sensor in situations where the bathtub is likely to be used by careless users, such as in hotels. OEM part number 960092-000. Model MM-TD. Senor cable is approximately 6ft long.

This sensor works with the SpaGuts bathtub controller model MM-1TD or MM-2TD. When the bath tub water level is too low, the sensor unit tells the controller to turn off the pump.

When selecting your spa or hot tub sensor, it’s critical that you go by part numbers and not just by appearances. The part number on a sensor can be found on a white or silver label located directly on the senor cable (The ID label may also be located on the casing of the sensor). Buy based on this part number. Do NOT purchase a hot tub sensor just because it looks the same as the one you’re replacing. Spa and hot tub sensors can look identical, but have different resistant and material to work with different spa and hot tub controllers or circuit boards. ALSO pay attention to the type of cable plug that is on the end of the sensor cable.
