Cables from a Balboa topside panel or topside keypad are non-replaceable, non-repairable, and the cable itself is not available for purchase. This is because of the special coating, gel and seals to help keep the topside panel as a water resistance part. If the Balboa topside cable is removed from the back of the topside panel, it will not work properly again. The gel will move and shift, covering up the electrical contacts. You'll need to purchase the complete replacement Topside Panel that comes with a new cable. If your control box is more than a few years old, it might be time to replace the whole controller vs. individual component.
