433. RMA inspection suggestion for returned product without an RMA approval

Once customer approves the RMA, customer is to notify SpaGuts of the RMA approval so inspection can be done on the approved returned package. Only the approved returned item(s) will be inspected. Inspection will be for Brand New, Unused, No Scratch Condition. Once verified, credit will be issued based on the original purchased price less cancellation fee per Online Returns Policy. If product(s) is Not in Brand New Condition, No credit will be given and customer is to provide return shipping method within 10 business days of notification.
