923. Sales: Information needed to locate a replacement spa heater (Generic)

To determine the correct replacement Spa Heater, please look for the ID or Part Numbers based on the information below: 1) BALBOA HEATER ASSEMBLY: There should be a label with bar code off the heater metal tube (either in front, on top, or on the back of the heater housing). Look for the S/N (serial number) off that label. The S/N number should start with the number "5" (it may look like a 6, but is actually a 5). There may be *** (stars) within the serial number. Use the first 5-digit number for your search. 2) GECKO or SPA BUILDER HEATER ASSEMBLY: There should be a label directly off the heater metal tube (either in front, on top, or on the back of the heater housing). Look for the ID (identification) Number off that label. The ID number should start with the number "2", "5", "9" or the Letters "C" or "T". Example One is 20-XXXXX. Example Two is 5XAAXXXXX. Example Three is 9920-XXXXXX. Example Four is C2XXX-XXXX. Example Five is T9920-XXXXXX. Serial Numbers only determines the date of manufactured. *Once you have identified the correct part number, you can then enter that part number in our "Search Site" box that is located on the top left hand corner of the SpaGuts.com website, and press "GO". Our website should then provide the Replacement part and/or other Replacement Options for you to review, add to cart, and then checkout to order. **If no replacement is found for your search, it is possible that the part may not be available, and a replacement Spa Controller Kit would be the next replacement option as a retrofit. Or that part number may not yet be updated on our SpaGuts.com website.
