824. SUPPORT: Balboa heater stopped working

You have reported that the Balboa Heater has stopped working. We would like to know if there are any error messages displaying on the topside panel. Or maybe a Heater Mode Setting is activated like the Sleep or Economy Mode. Error messages and Heat Modes will stop the heater from activating on a normal basis. If the temperature is displaying solid on the topside panel without any other messages, then the problem can be the circuit board not sending voltage to the heater, or the heater has gone bad. Verify with a voltmeter across both heater terminals to see if the correct voltage is being supplied to the heater. If the power supply to the spa is 240V, then the voltmeter should display 240V between both heater terminals. Or is the heater causing the GFCI breaker to trip?
