424. Support: The power terminal block on the circuit board is burnt (CS6200 Series).

If the circuit board is burnt near the power terminal block, DO NOT REMOVE ANY POWER WIRES OFF THE CIRCUIT BOARD TERMINAL BLOCK. Otherwise warranty will NOT be covered. Removing the power wires off the circuit board is considered tampering with a warranty claim. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: Cut ALL power wires about 4 to 6 inches away from the power terminal block, leaving ALL power wires still attached to the power terminal block. This also keeps the burnt or melted terminal block from falling apart. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE ANY POWER WIRES OFF THE CIRCUIT BOARD TERMINAL BLOCK (doing so will affect the warranty). We need to verify what caused the power terminal block to get damaged. Also, do not touch the power terminal block on the circuit board. Requesting an RMA to authorize the return of the controller for inspection.
