617. How do I exchange a SpaGuts pump for a different pump?

Exchanging a recently ordered pump for a different pump can be done. However, the pump that is being returned to be exchanged MUST apply to the following conditions: 1) The returning pump needs to be in Brand New condition, Never installed, and CANNOT have any scratches. 2) The returning pump must be within 30 days of the sales order date. 3) All applicable fees applies for the exchange. This include a $15 exchange fee, an upgrade fee (if the exchanged pump price is higher), and the shipping/handling fees to AND from the factory. Any Exchange requires an RMA (return merchandise authorization). And the returning pump will need to be returned to SpaGuts with an Approved RMA for inspection within the specified time frame written in the RMA agreement prior to the exchange. Contact SpaGuts to request an RMA to be issued to your email, and provide the part number and description of the new pump that is needed for the exchange.
