909. Sales: Information needed to locate a replacement Topside Panel.

To determine the correct replacement Topside Panel, please look for the Model Number, Part Number and S/N (serial number) based on the information below (Don't Just Order Based on the Appearance):

TOPSIDE PANEL INFORMATION: The Model Number, Part Number or S/N (serial number) is located on the bottom side or off to the side of the existing topside panel. There should be a white label, possible with a bar code, that has all the information about the topside panel. If the topside panel is installed on the spa, you'll need to remove the topside panel from the spa and flip it over. Use a flat head screw driver to pry up the topside panel. If there are clamps holding the topside panel down, first undo the clamps from under the spa. Use silicone if you need to secure the topside back onto the spa.

Sometimes the part number off the topside panel may not be listed, the label on the topside panel is missing, smeared off or cut off. If that is the case, you may also look up the Controller Box or Circuit Board information, which can help to provide information on Compatible Topside Panels that will work with that specific circuit board or controller. Note that circuit boards may work with multiple topside panels. You will then have to verify which topside panel you have, or just go with one of the compatible topside panel that will work best for your spa application.

CONTROL SYSTEM INFORMATION: The Model Number, Part Number, ID Number and S/N (serial number) is either located on TOP or to the SIDE of the controller box. The Part Number on the Wiring Diagram may also help. CIRCUIT

BOARD INFORMATION: The Model Number, Part Number, ID Number and S/N (serial number) is located on a white label, possible with a bar code, off the circuit board. The white ID label with may appear on the top or side of the relays, directly on the circuit board, or on the side of the transformer (only if it is mounted on the board). It is possible to look for the replacement by the Chip Number on the circuit board, or the S/N off the top of the controller box, but the S/N off the circuit board would be best.
