629. Support: Flow Switch Installation for the CS-Series and M-Series Controllers with Lo-Flow Heaters.

Flow Switch Installation Instructions for the CS Series and M Series Controllers with Low Flow Heaters. 1) Flow Switch Appearance: The Flow Switch for Low-Flo Systems is clear blue in color, and will look like a Tee Shape with barb fittings on each end, and with a cable coming out from the bottom. The older version Flow Switch will have a 3-pin connector on the end of the cable. This cable is to be plugged directly onto the circuit board, P38 location (center location of board, black 3-pin connector, below white 2-pin connector, left side of software chip). Note 2: The newer version Flow Switch will have a 3-prong JJ mini plug on the end of the cable. This cable is to be plugged in the JJ mini receptacle on the outside of the controller box labeled "Heater Control". 2) Flow Switch Location: Install the Flow Switch on the hose line after the heater, the return line that goes back to the spa. For the Canister Lo-Flo heater, the return line would be on top (white elbow fitting). For the Tubular Lo-Flo heater, the return line would be on the metal end. Make sure the arrow on the Flow Switch points away from the heater (towards the line that goes back to the spa). Use provided claps to secure the hoses in place and to prevent water leaks. The flow switch can be mounted in any position to fit, just as long the arrow points away from the heater.
