609. Support: Replacement thermostat does not work

You reported that the replacement thermostat does not activate (click) when the temp dial is turned up to max. - Make sure the air temperature is not at 104 degrees F or more. If so, that is why the replacement thermostat does not activate. The thermostat max temperature is 104 degrees F. The thermostat is pre-adjusted to work properly. Do not adjust the thermostat setting. It may malfunction and will affect the warranty. - There are two wire connections (2 pins) on the thermostat. The thermostat is rated for 110V in, and 110V out. Verify to make sure there is 110V being supplied to the thermostat. Once the thermostat is activated, it will provide 110V to pass through to the secondary pin. If the air temperature and water temperature is below 104 degrees, there is 110V supplied to the first pin, the thermostat dial is turned up to max, and the thermostat will still not supply power to the secondary pin, contact SpaGuts for an RMA to authorize the thermostat to be returned for inspection (MUST be within the warranty period).
