735. Customer Service: Can I request a no signature requirement BEFORE the order is shipped?

If an order that requires a signature upon delivery has not shipped, you may request to waive the signature requirement.

Here are the instructions:

***NOTE: THIS ACTION MUST BE EMAILED PRIOR TO THE ORDER BEING SHIPPED, AND SPAGUTS MUST BE NOTIFIED AND CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL BY REPLYING TO YOU. OTHERWISE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY IS REQUIRED ONCE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED. NO EXCEPTIONS!

I would like to request "No Signature" for my recent order (ORDER # ) from SpaGuts.com. If the package(s) gets lost, I understand that I will not take any blame on SpaGuts.com and/or it's employees for the lost.

**2) Then call SpaGuts customer service (for faster service call during our business hours) to confirm receipt of your email.

Our customer service will then email you to confirm receipt of email, and will proceed with shipping the order without a signature requirement.
