832. Support: SpaGuts VS Series Topside Panels are not responding.

You have reported that the SpaGuts VS Series Topside Panel is not responding. But the spa still run and maintains heat. Models: VS300FC5, VS500Z, VS501Z, VS510SZ 1. Connect the topside cable on the second connection. Either J1 or J2 (if available). 2. Check to make sure all pins are aligned within the black connections on J1 and J2. If not aligned, align all the pins using a needle nose plier by pulling each pins outward a little bit, and avoid damages. This is to allow a better electrical contact with the topside cable plug. 3. Check for any water infiltration inside J1 and J2 connections. If there are water stains, clean with rubbing alcohol using a soft brush while the power is off, and let dry before re-connection and powering up the spa. 4. Check for any damages on the topside cable. This is not covered under warranty, is most likely not repairable. If the problem is still not resolved, contact SpaGuts to request an RMA for a warranty evaluation return if the part(s) is still within the warranty period.
